How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending us an email at email@example.com or using the contact us page along with the order number. We cannot cancel an order once it is already processed and shipped. You may opt to refuse the package once it is delivered. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded.
What is your Return / Exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 business days of receipt of your shipment. Any unopened products can be returned for an exchange or a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded or reimbursed. We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges on opened products unless the product is defective. Defective product will be replaced for the same exact product only and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Return shipping fee for a defective product will be reimbursed. Free shipping offer is not vaild for exchanges.
How do I return a product?
To return a product, you have to receive a RMA number (Return Material Authorization number) in prior to shipping back the package. RMA number must be written clearly on outside of the package. Any returns without a RMA number will not be processed. To receive a RMA number, please use our Contact Us page or send us e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please write and attach a brief note inside the package explaining the problem you are experiencing along with the RMA number and order number.
